For Pilates sessions, please bring your own mat, a drink, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (like a towel or small cushion).
For physiotherapy appointments, no equipment is needed — just wear suitable clothing, and everything else will be provided for you. If anything specific is required, this will be discussed with you in advance.
For Pilates, wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Clothing that’s not too loose is helpful, as it allows your instructor to see your alignment and offer effective guidance.
For physiotherapy appointments, you may be asked to wear shorts or a strappy top, depending on the area being assessed or treated, to help observe movement and muscle function clearly.
Your comfort is always a priority, feel free to ask if you’re unsure what’s best to wear.
