Massage Treatments

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to relieve chronic tension and promote healing. Unlike a traditional massage, it uses slower, more focused pressure to break down knots, improve circulation, and release muscle adhesions.

Ideal for those dealing with persistent muscle pain, stiffness, or injury recovery, deep tissue massage helps reduce inflammation, enhance flexibility, and improve overall mobility. It can also alleviate stress and promote relaxation by releasing built-up tension in the body.

Whether you’re an athlete, desk-worker, or simply seeking relief from everyday aches, deep tissue massage supports your body’s natural healing process and leaves you feeling restored, renewed, and ready to move with ease.

Holistic Massage

Our holistic full body massage is a nurturing therapy designed to promote deep relaxation and restore harmony between body and mind. Using gentle, flowing techniques tailored to your needs, this massage encourages circulation, eases muscle tension, and supports overall wellbeing.

By addressing both physical stress and emotional tension, holistic massage helps reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance your body’s natural healing abilities. It’s perfect for anyone seeking a calming escape from everyday stress, or a gentle way to reconnect with their body.

Experience the soothing benefits of a full body massage that nurtures you from head to toe — leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply rejuvenated.

What to expect

Your massage is a space to relax, restore, and reconnect. Whether you’re coming for deep tissue work or a soothing holistic treatment, every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling that day.

Before Your Treatment

At your first visit, we’ll start with a brief consultation to understand your needs, any areas of discomfort, and relevant medical history. This helps ensure your massage is safe, effective, and fully personalised.

What to Bring

  • Just yourself! Towels, blankets, and products are all provided.
  • Wear comfortable clothing for before and after your session.
  • If you’re wearing makeup and having a facial massage, feel free to arrive bare-faced (or I can gently remove it for you).

During Your Treatment

You’ll be warmly welcomed into a calm, cosy space. You’ll remain covered with towels throughout the session, with only the area being treated exposed. I use high-quality Neal’s Yard Remedies products – natural, ethical, and nourishing for both body and mind.

I’ll check in with you about pressure, comfort, and preferences — but you’re also welcome to simply relax in silence. This is your time.

After Your Massage – What to Expect & Post-Treatment Advice

  • Hydrate well – massage stimulates circulation and lymph flow, so drinking water supports your body’s natural detox process.
  • Take it easy – allow time for rest if possible. You might feel a little sleepy or light-headed – this is completely normal.
  • Mild soreness – some people experience slight muscle tenderness or bruising especially after deep tissue work. This should ease within 24–48 hours.
  • No rush – you’re welcome to take a few quiet moments before getting up and heading back into the world.

Massage is not just a treat – it’s part of taking care of your body, your mind, and your wellbeing.
